Jamming indicator in C550

I have this C550 with very low mileage less then 15k, (Showroom). It is giving Jam indicator as per attached picture.
As you can see when I am in sensor check It is listed as “Paper Passage 1” under “Duplex” on page 2/12 and value is "1" instead of "0".
I changed the Duplex unit from a working machine but no luck.... I just don't feel right to use such a nice machine as parts. Any help will be appreciated.231312313223133

Look at the jam counters to see the code. Also check the connectors to the duplex door unit. What was the machine doing prior to the jam and how was it cleared or is it a phantom jam?

I found this...dunno if it helps being that you replaced the duplex section

Jam code 3201 (32-01) with paper stopped in the duplex unit (ADU).
CAUSE: Failed PS47 or dislocated actuator or torsion spring for PS47.
SOLUTION: Verify that PS47 (p/n 9335 1300 61) changes state in sensor check. It is listed as “Paper Passage 1" under “Duplex" on page 2 of the sensor check. Also verify that the actuator for PS47 (p/n A00J 8118 00) and actuator torsion spring (p/n 4657 3735 01) are not dislocated.
