C554e print problem.

I have a very strange problem with a C554e.
The problem is when i print a file from words, outlook, excel or anything and print like 10 copies everythings work fine, but when i press the print buttom 10 times for a file only come out 4 prints and the machine blinks so i have to press any button on the panel so remain 6 can come out and sometimes the panel locks. This is very strange issue because the customer have business program that work that way. Ex. If the customer prints 10 bills from that program it will show on the copy panel 10 differents jobs. I have change the MFP (change the machine type), Harddrive, new firmware GD1-A19 and the memory (2gb). I have even install the printer local in my computer and same thing. When I changed the harddrive last week everything seems to work just fine. Today the client call me and told me that the problem is back. What is the next step.

I would make sure you are using the PCL driver and not universal. See if the job is being deleted on the copier log, or confirm the print jobs are arriving at the machine via Wireshark.

Try to print your 10 testpages from printer preferences... to check, is it a problem only from software (generating correct print jobs) or is it a problem from driver/machine/network...

2.2. Fixed issues
The following issues are solved in this firmware.

The job can not be printed from the Host because MFP does not reply to PJL ECHO command. [PEBUS_1300648063]
The following Software Switch is added for this issue.
Software Switch No. : 61
HEX Assignment 00 : This modification is not applied. (default)
HEX Assignment 01 : This modification is effective.

-The job can not be printed out because PJL ECHO replies twice.

Today I print 20 testpages from printer preferences and the same thing happen.
Only comes out 4 or 5 and the machine stops blinks and I have to touch the panel so the remains comes out.

But first:
Check your network... make a direct connection from PC to the machine. (no routers, no switches and no bad connections) ping /t
I had a freezer because the customer use a bad powerline adapter....

What do you mean with "I have change the MFP (change the machine type)"?
Driver version? PCL/PS? function level?

I mean when i installed the new MFP i change the machine and type as is shown in the service manual for C554e models. Is that firmware just for america?
