BH c200 setting up restriction for color copying

Hello, Is there a way to set up one user account in account tracking for multipal people to use but allow only one person to be able to copy and print in color? I see how it's set up in the manual and it looks like I have to set up accounts for everyone to be able to do this!

set one account that does not allow color and give code to everyone.
set a second account which allows color and give it to the one person that needs it.
