We have a Konica 8020 printer/copier/scanner and I am having trouble getting it to print 10" x 13" envelopes. Anyone have experience with this?

I take it your owners manual has left the building! You can run them through the bypass or the drawer, to the right of the drawer there is a dial with an envelope setting, use it, you also need to run the envelopes longways out of the drawer. I don't recall if there is an envelope setting on the fuser section so if the tips I gave you don't get things rolling for you let me know and I'll go out to the warehouse and fire one of these oinkers up and see whats involved again.
