Hi

separate the pf unit and check the feed way for jammed paper

if you can try the pf drive board.

or you can disable tray 4 following steps

Service mode - system setting- software dipsw settings- "18-3=1"

Hi,
You have an issue with M11 shutter motor in the paper feed suction section. Try swapping the suction section with another tray and see if the fault code changes. If it does you have a faulty motor. If not i suspect either a wiring issue or the PFU driver board.
