Canon 200 Laser Copier Problem

Alright well I have a Canon 200 Laser Copier that brings up an error code. The error code is E021 and didnt know if anyone would know anything about either what that means or has a way for me to fix it. Greatly appreciate any help i can get.

E021 relates to the shift base(unit with the devs on). It is most likely to be the mylar on the tension arm on the shift base drive unit(lives under the shift base) the mylar gets worn & causes the arm to stick (its the one with the big tension spring attached) hope that helps
