Have a bizhub 361 with faded lite copy along only the operator side of the machine about 2-3 inches down the whole page the rest of copy looks fine.
Found the gears striped for the refeed toner auger on the drum unit. Replaced them and manually toned up by running the toner motor for the bottle.
Seemed as though it worked for about 20 copies and then went faint and lite along the same side again. Doesn't seem to be able to stay
toned up. Not sure what the TCR number should be, but mine is at 39, or any of the other numbers are suppose to be under the image process
tab. Toner position sensor checks ok in service mode along with toner bottle in place sensor, along with the toner bottle turns in both directions
in service mode. Not sure if I can run the TCR adjustment without it faulting out on existing developer on this machine. Looking for a way to tone up and reset TCR to hold toner density without having to replace developer. Not even sure if developer is the problem, cause tried another whole developer unit with different developer and had exact same results lite faint copies along same side. Any suggestions?
