hi to all

i've kyeocera fs1028 when i start copying it block on the 3 or 4 copy and making jam 11 !! how can i resolve it exactly ,i've cleaned all the feeders
but i don't know the jam code number 11 exactly!

That is a drawer jam. Could be tires or solenoid

where is the paper stopping in the machine?

the paper get out half from the fixing unit and stop , and machine displaying jam 11:confused::confused:

I have seen where toner builds up on the guide leading into the fuser. Caused jamming and damage to leading edge of paper. It is tricky to see.
