View Full Version : Jamming Fs-527 with pk-517 j72-43
Hi,
I'm having trouble with paperjams in the punch unit.
the paper stops in the punch unit for an unknown reason.
i checked all the connectors and switched the sensors
i oiled the punch unit, checked the settings in service mode ( pk517 - 2 holes)
i really have no idea why the paper just stops during operation.
any ideas?

I had one do this last year and despite changing sensors, lubing it as you have, in the end we had to replace it with a new one. We never got to find out where the problem was :(

Long time ago...
I remember that you have to made something with the sensors by setting up the machine, without you get the error and paper jams... something to execute, but i can't find them...

Try re-installing the PK-517 via the operator panel. That has worked for me a few times. Good luck.

you mean unselect and select the PK-type in service mode and restart?
