so um where do we upload some tech manuals

so where do we upload these tech manual everyone wants .. i have a few there arent the latest but ........

one at a time? i have a whole bunch of pdf sharp AR manuals and toshiba iso\'s.. ricoh iso\'s is there room for iso\'s? some upload guidelines would be nice and possible temporary ftp access to a dump folder to make this easier.
