[Misc] Bizhub C252 User Box Not working

Hi guys, it has been a long time since i booted up my machine, upon trying to scan to the onboard Box so i can email out, i have discovered when i press the Box button, nothing happened. Then i proceeded to check the scan option, it has disappeared, does anyone know what's going on? would the hdd be dead? thanks in advance, cheers
