[Misc] Band

Konica minolta c 6500 We are getting a darker band that is about 3/4 wide at the lead edge of the print 11x17 med/ heavy coverage simplex printed . After it runs 15 sheet or so id goes away. It isn't t the art work because if you rotate it is always on lead edge face down or face up. Any thoughts?

Hi, Try this solution below. Note, this minimises the issue, not removes it completely

SOLUTION: Adjust the DC separation setting:1. Set Dip-SW 1-0 to 1.2. Select Paper setting => Change => Process Adj. => Separation DC (Front) and (Back).3. Change the Separation DC settings from -20 to -30.

4. Please check the dark band level.

Yes that is what fixed it. Thank you. It really don't make sence because according to KM this is a humidity issue with heavy stock. It is drier the heck hear and this was on 100lb text. ???

No wonder I have no hair!!!
