You need 7 things:
1, Stop shouting and think!
2, Get a Service Manual for the Fiery
3, Get Fiery USB Flash Tool
4, Download again!! Fiery Software v2.0
5, Get USB Key 2 GB and format it and put the Fiery Software on it using USB FLASH TOOL!
6, If you have the Fiery Service Manual read again the procedure.
7, Go to step 1

Hi,
I agree with Habik, there was an issue with the reload.
One thing to note the system software is too big for a 2gb usb stick. minimum 4gb is required.
You can also try and run the installer on the V2 System disk with your computer connected directly to the fiery with a cross over cable. The installer has a step by step procedure to follow. I have had a faulty HDD cause these types of errors when trying to reload. A new HDD might be worth a try also.
Hope this helps to get you back running again.
