Konica Minolta magicolor 4750

My trouble concentrated that when we copy configuration page printer tend to pick up paper from tray 1(note: tray 1 loaded with paper)but jamming occurs
and then: paper picked up from bypass
we noted in configuration page which get from bypass the following:
in (SYS DEFAULT MENU)>>>>>ENABLE WARNING>>>>PAPER EMPTY>>>>TRAY 1 is ON

we tried but security password required.

The problem has solved by restoring default system.
