copies come out wavy when coming out face down and jam going into duplex machine has only 70k on it cleaned all feed tires and replaced decurling roller any suggestions ?

Have you checked the sensor flag (P/N 65AA51311) after the fuser going into the ADU? It gets worn, should be rounded but gets pointy with time, especially if the customer is running alot of heavy stock. This causes wavy paper and jams (J-3202).

there is a metal cleaning blade that is spring loaded replace it. I had once before when you flip it you will see why. its catching the worn area and causing the wave.

i have the same issue with wavy paper, i have replaced the complete turnover section and the problem came back after 1 day .
have you sorted this pls advise

Please replace fusing separation plate assy.
Refer to the replacement procedure in theservice manual "F PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE 5.13.3 Replacing the fusingseparation plate assy".
When similar problem occurs in C6500 seriesand C5500 series, Please replace respective assy with that of C7000series.

replaced duplex spring loaded curved guide plate under decurling assembly and took care of problem thanx

hi check the Black Myler in the duplex unit. It starts to peel off and causes paper jam. Remove Myler. You could also have a faulty adu drive board. Check icp's on Adu board and in io check mode test duplex drive motor. Hope this helps.😄
