We're selling refurbished printers like the FS-4020DN. But these machines have the problem that the command center passwords are changed. So I'm looking for a way to reset them without changing the board. We already tried the reset code of the predecessor like the fs-4000dn, but they're not working.
I would be grateful, if somebody can tell me how it's to be done.
