Do you have any other color registration fault codes in the history?

You are not giving too much information.
These errors mean that there is not enough density on the belt. We are talking about the patches that are being placed between the images on the transfer belt. So .... when you run Gamma adjust do you get "completed"? If so when you print full densities do the look ok?
If densities are fine and as you have mentioned the shutter and sensors are fine then maybe the timing is not right. What I want to say is that the patches are not read by the sensors? May be the transfer belt does not rotate smoothly.
I would recommend you to remove the whole shutter and try to run few sheets without it. The shutter is a bit tricky and can cause you a lot of headache.
Do you have another C8000 in the area, so you can swap the whole "Lower assy" this is the part with all the sensors and shutter.

Give us some more info.

thanks for the info...in fact I removing the shutter
and errors change c-4521, c4522, c4523 for dirt on the sensors
the machine is only c-2881 and c-2883 never gave in c-2882 and c-2884
maybe it does not work properly opening system?

thanks again!

OK mate that's fine, but once again you are not helping.
Are the densities ok?

Try few more thing:

Check the connection of drawer connectors of process carriage.
Access I/O check mode 05-01 (IDC sensor /Rr (IDCS2)). It should be ON (around 50 to 60). If it does not, check the sensor: If it is soiled, clean it. If it has abnormality, replace it.
Access I/O check mode 05-02 (IDC sensor /Fr (IDCS1)). It should be ON (around 50 to 60). If it does not, check the sensor: If it is soiled, clean it. If it has abnormality, replace it.
Access I/O check mode 55-00 (color registration shutter solenoids /1 (SD8), /2 (SD9). It should be ON. If it does not, replace the subject parts.
Check the connection of the following connectors and wirings between connectors. If any problem is found, correct it.
- CN160 (Printer control board)
- CN161 (Printer control board)
- CN162 (Printer control board)
Check ICP4 on PRCB. If blown replace it.
