The last supplied drivers for the Fiery CN 3102e are for Windows Vista, however I have discovered that they will work fine under Windows 8 / 8.1 once you can persuade them to install.
This requires a simple work-around because the drivers are not digitally signed. There are instructions for doing this on my website :
