[Misc] CF3012 Access Code suddenly on at startup.

NEVERMIND SOLVED. We have never had to enter an Access Code in the past. But now when you turn on the machine the panel asks you>>>>
Please input your 4-digit Access# and press the Access key. I have looked everywhere for an answer to either enter a number, reset, etc. with no luck. Can anyone help?
