Hello...:(

I have problem with my TA3550ci .Printer has an error c2840. This error will be displayed randomly. Two days printer works correctly, and then the error C2840, which persist even after switching off and on the printer. I tried to replace trcm engine, transfer belt, engine PWB, and I updated the new firmware but the error persist c2840 . Thank you for any advice :)

Pull out the trans belt cleaning motor clean and make sure that the gears are spinning freely. I had this once with this model. it is a task to get out.

hello you have to remove the belt and check that the belt in front of you on the right side the white disk is positioned on the edge of the cloth, being a mobile sensor sometimes goes out of position, if it keeps happening then you have to change the belt. We report a technical defect that x

hi,
How are you? I have same problem (C2840) on TASKalfa 5551ci and I want to know if you fix it. If yes, what was the solution?
Best regards

Hello you probably have trouble with the belt that does not properly discharge waste toner and problems with the cleaning motor belt

Please check the waste toner motor unit.(Not from Belt, lower left side nearby the yellow drum...)
Sometimes waste toner stucks inside from this unit.
