Such as the title.I mean howto exit ISW mode.
I turned off and then open is still ISW interface, and can not go back on the standby interface

did you turn off at the main power switch and wait 10 or so seconds and turn it back on

ISW will always return to the normal copier screen.

you doing somthing wrong if its not

its been a while since ive used ISW since the new models dont support it since firmware is no longer a single file but in my experiance it either works then reboots or fails and reboots. but it always resumes back to the normal copier screen just with a message to say firmware updated successfully or it failed

I'm not sure why anyone would use the ISW method instead of the USB method of loading firmware on this machine. But if what your saying is happening, then I would prepare a USB drive and put it in the "Service Port" turn the machine on and see if the upgrade completes.
