Panasonic DP150fx E01-20 error code

I\'m working on a Panasonic DP-150FX with an error code of E01-20 turning the machine off and on worked for a while according to the customer but know its completely dead. Any advice for someone who knows very little about Panasonic?

this is from the manual.
HSYNC (LSYNC) malfunction.
LSYNC is not generated or within the defined time after the laser is turned on.
I don\'t speak panasonic but I\'m guessing that the laser is out of sync.
