    C220 page scope web display no box icon

    On web page the icon for box is not there any ideas?

    box operations is set to allow, just done a goo-d2 firmware upgrade,

    checked hard drive in state confirm ok

    Box operations work ok from machine, can set up and store files from pc driver ok, and reprint from machine.

    I am wondering if this can be turned off other than the admin setting.

      Can you see the store address in PSWC Admin mode? If so you may have a restriction turned on in admin (control panel) mode, but we did have a similar issue that turned out to be a bad HDD even though the user boxes were working. Emujo

          Yes everything is there bar the box icon, restriction in turned off and even with it on (as I tested on another machine) the box icon still shows.
