Faint cyan and magenta on C7000P

Hi all,
Yellow and black prints very well, but magenta and cyan are both very faint causing the machine to flag all sorts of codes (especially 4603 and 2803) after switching it on during auto adjustment.
Write Unit, developer unit, drum and charging unit for cyan and mag have all been eliminated as suspects in this issue through either swapping with the working colors or replacement. It's looking to me more like a soft-setting matter or a board (e.g PRCB or HV).
Anyone with further advice will be appreciated.

Thanks but I don't think so because if the faint C or M developer is installed in the position of one of the working colors (Y or K), it prints well.

make sure you have the cables coming out of the machine into the controller/pw sup unit on the back plugged in to the proper connectors. if they are reversed it will produce this same problem. k & c run on same bank y & m as well. hope this helps
