First time asking for help or suggestion ;)

We've got a customer with Bizhub 1051 printing a large amount of brochures from pdf files, some of them got pages with black (or dark gray) strip 8-10 mm wide, and about 4mm from leading edge. Everything prints very fine, but machine almost always jams pages with strip.
It's not a problem with separators (we've moved suspicious separator 2 places to the back of machine and nothing changed), or any other trivial thing, and it seems that problem is known for Konica Minolta (because of their quick answer) but there is no real and acceptable solution beside: "turn pages 180 degrees".

Maybe its not separators..
But the problem is sepation function.
Clean solenoid wich move separators or adjust to another position.

There are only two real solutions. 1) Change original image to increase white area along the leading edge. 5 to 6 mm is better. 2) Increase leading edge void in service mode to 4 to 5 mm.

I have a test pattern with this 5mm frame around the perimeter, and it jams in the fuser of every brand, every machine I feed it through. There's nothing to be done about it. =^..^=

EDIT: OK, there's a third choice. Since these are copies from a book, and the black band is not an artistic feature and preferably gone, you might try using the margin erase feature. The only way to get that paper to pass is to increase the white area at the leading edge, however you do it. =^..^=

there is a fourth option -- increase the temperature in the fuser...

Dear its locking from separators but there is a chance from web unit timing if you increase timing of web supply it becomes better. also you can decrease the paper wait it will effect the heat. if lower roller life completed then it can be from lower fusing roller.
