Hi I need to download the movie data for c284e, I'm looking for it in the cses but can't find it.

That looks like the wrong area. Go to one stop product support > select product> special firmware

Can you access the one stop through develop? I can see CSES but can't find one stop.

Every time I downloaded and extracted it to get the .tar file there was a "broken link" error and it didn't work. Tried both video files with the same error. Go to service tab, select one stop from the drop down menu and navigate to special firmware.

Update:
Downloading the firmware and the video to the C drive helped; apparently in other folders there might be the space in the folder names that causes the broken link issue. It's Konica!
