    [CQ] top to bottom lines (vertical)on anyprint

    hai ,
    At our costomer place in bh c224e getting copy like attachment below.that is like verticalines ,top to bottom ,at every one mm white lines are coming vertically.plz tell me solution for that.
    test print a4 1.jpg
    enlarge and see.

    Can you be more specific about the direction of those lines? Vertical/horizontal means nothing, because the paper can be fed A4 or A4R.

    Please choose from :
    Feed direction/Crossfeed direction
    Main Scan/Sub Scan Direction

    Or you can just mark the feed direction on your sample. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      sir its a4
      a4/a3 ,lines will appear as top to bottom( sub scan)

          You're two statements conflict.
          If the scanned image is A4, the voids are Main scan not Sub scan.

          I'm going to assume that they are main scan voids. How many clicks on the black developing unit and drum? It could be either one ... more likely the drum. =^..^=
