Why do bizhubs have a freaking capital S attached to the device name when scanning??

If I name the copier scanner, emails say "a message from Sscanner"

Name it accounting it says Saccounting etc

So why not calling the MFP "canner"? That's what I'm doing than it comes out right.

Sure I've done that, but sometimes they want the machines named by department or whatever.

It happens on the machines 363-thru 4 series

This is where you want to be to change, or get rid of the "S". Experiment a little bit to see what works for you. We had one where the customer wanted a more descriptive name attached to the message name, wanted to show where the scan was coming from and this did the trick.
