Drum unit, cleaning blade new.

Maybe you try the developer unit as well? It's not like that has anything to do with image formation or something...

What machine are we talking about? There is no "konica 250" There are KonicaMinolta Bizhub 250 or KonicaMinolta Bizhub C-250.

Likely you will have the first one and if that's the case your problem will almost sure not lay in an "Image Board" but in the Image Unit which contains the Drum Unit as well as the Developing Unit. Also I believe that your problem developed gradually which is another indication that it is not an electronic problem in an "Image Board" but in the developing unit section also called Image Unit with these machines.

There is a very slight change that the HV-Unit is the culprit but I don't believe that.

Have a look at the Image Unit section of your machine, that's the unit where the developed image is being transferred to the paper. It has a metallic green colored cylinder across. When the surface has wear marks and/or deep scratches at its ends showing the bare aluminum core, than for sure that is the main reason for your problems.

Get yourself another tech being able to replace that Image Unit as a whole to begin with.

i agree with everyone. i believe the image unit comes with drum and cleaning blade all together. when you say drum and blade has been replaced did you take the image unit apart? typically with my company we never to that. if anything we buy the chips and re-chip them. to many problems can happen if you take them apart. if your local tech says its the image board before replacing the image unit then he is not that good of a tech. If you are not paying for the board let him replace it but tell him to come out with the image unit too so when his board don't fix it, you can laugh at him
