Are the guides in the paper tray set firmly against the paper?

Are you asking about the skew or the colour shift in cyan and yellow?
Check the cyan and yellow printhead adjustments

I wouldnt be surprised if the print heads needed replacing. fairly common issue

Are the guides in the paper tray set firmly against the paper?

this would explain paper skew but not the individual skew of certain colours

Haha, I didn't even see the color shift. I loaded the image and saw the skew and typed my reply and moved on.

ive seen this when the print heads start to fail too. We are ofcourse all assuming the idc sensors are clean and the basics have been checked and that you are a technician.

of the failures i've experienced with print heads its always been the polygon motors seizing up, or once one mirror exploded into shrapnel and blew an icp on the prcb but thats only ever happend once.

Before doing anything I would try swapping out the yellow image unit. Like the other poster said if not done already then clean sensors. Then do gradation adj.
