Update firmware c224e

Hello,

Please i cant find any solution to update firmware on bizhub 224e.

I have problems with printing from mac and here : http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/konica-minolta/73265-bizhub-c364-ps-error-printing-word-documents-mac-osx.html
i read that i should update FW on bizhub.

No te puedo ayudar a conseguir el firmware, no tengo acceso a Infohub.

¿Instalaste la última version de PPD que hay en la web de Konica?

Si tienes un PC a mano prueba a imprimir a traves de él.

Did you install the latest version of PPD's in the Konica website?

If you have a PC handy test print through it.

You need someone who knows what he is doing to conduct a firmware update. I would call the place where you got the machine and have them update your firmware. Huge risk to do it yourself. Unless you need a paper weight. Good luck!
