Bizhub C203 ADF 611 Skewing issue

HI,

Have spent hours and cannot adjust this ADF 611 Skew issue.
Copying from the glass is perfect.
Did ADF height adjustment.
When adjusting the skew it starts getting better only when the screw is all way to the point where the ADF is no longer detected (reed switch and magnet are not seeing each other).
I was wondering if the problem is not the ADF at all but the CCD or the slit glass unit ...

Any ideas please?

Try lifting up on the left corner of the scanner bed while making a copy through the DF. If it improves, give the left corner a sharp jerk upwards.

Another possibility is that the mirrors are not parallel when in the scan position. Look for an obstruction or warp caused by the shipping lock screws. Usually, it's the scanner bed needing to be reformed up or down.

have you ensured the paper is feeding straight through the document feeder ?

make certain its not catching on any damaged mylars and that the left side door hinge is not broken.
