Have you considered the paper picking up moisture over night and when you get farther down into the stack you are using paper not exposed to moisture? Just something to consider.

This usually happens in high humidity environments ,or the ozone filter are dirty, remove or clean the ozone filters

Cleaning the drum with alcohol also helps.

I've had a similar problem with a 7145 in a correctional facility where cleaning the drum with alcohal would help short term. Replacing the drum and blade fixed it. Have you tried new paper to rule out moisture in it?

theres a cooling fan next to the ph unit and it has a filter on it that gets clogged, check this also.

Thanks guys for the inputs.
Yes, this machine is in very high humidity environment.
i will try to clear the filter first, btw, may i know where is the ozone filter located?
is it at the back of the machine?
i have rule out paper moisture as the culprit.

There is one on the left side of the machine. If it has a finisher you need to slide it out enough to access it.

3D printing has become very popular and many people are showing interest to do 3D printing by their own.
