    C451 not recognizing paper in tray 1

    I have a Bizhub C451 that I have been having a lot of problems with. When I put paper into tray 1 it doesn't recognize that there is paper in the tray and doesn't attempt to lift the paper. I have already swapped the tray out with no joy. All help would be appreciated.

      chekc that the black lever that is on the rear of the feed unit that drops the feed rollers down when the tray is inserted isnt snapped off.

      VERY common.
