hello!
when i use scanner or do a copy, the result is bad, the copy/scan looks blurry, does anyone know how to adjust scan/copy threshold?

Sounds like you may need to clean the optics.

Are internal prints and prints from a computer OK?

prints from computer and internal are OK, the problem is CCD optical unit... there is a way to repair it? i replaced it with another identical copier and problem is solved, but i would like to try to repair it, some tricks to do it?

First check the carriage alignment, normally CCD failure is almost nil as non moving item.
