KM 5035 Scanner

Hey Guys,

I have a KM5035 Scanner that sends blank scans. The scans arrive as an attatchment in an email or scanner file utility and they are blank. (PDF or TIFF)
Going to try new Firmware today.

PS... Scan card works fine in another 5035.

Any help is apreciated

This problem ended up being the main PCB.
