C8000 Error C-0117 in PF704

Intermintente error C0117 PF704.
Equipment works perfect. After a certain time, presents C0117 error.
5:06 Trays introduce, but in error. tray 04 not introduce.


In I / O check, all the parts work. Motors, Sensors, Clutches. All right.


In all PFCB icp's work.

swap parts between tray 4 and 5 or 5 and 6 till you find what make it move the other other tray.

Senors may work in I/O but not at production speeds...

konica for you... also look for split or loose wires, due to friction or over tightened zip ties.
