KM-6030 document feeder gear breakage.

Has anyone els had problems with the doc feeder paper lift on the new KM-6030 machine. I have had one break the gears that lift the original into the feed tires twice now. Easy to fix but what gives?

there was a problem with gear spacing on very early machines, KMA had a fix after the first month. They sent out mod kits for all the problem machines so it should be fixed There was a tech bulletin with instructions, check on KMAconnect for more info.
