A C3508 will occur after you had four continuous J3102 Jams.

You need to go into the service mode and set DIPsw 3-1 back to 0 to reset the service code.

We have done the switch

but the problem is when the paper get to the fuser rollers they tight down so tight that it stop them from turning.

Any one ever seen this??

I'm running into the same problem.

I've tested the motor and it seems fine. Output codes 47 (0-2) were okay, but it had an issue with number 3 (Reverse rotation: pressure release operation On, normal rotation).

Any ideas? I appreciate the help.

Gentlemen,
your problem is the one way bearings located on the front side of the fusing unit are slipping replace them there are four one is located on the lower roller of the belt assembly the other three are in the pressure drive assembly make sure you scotch brite or sand the shafts before putting the new ones on and make sure you put them on the right way ive seen techs put them on backwards and it take out a few gears so be careful good luck oh and you may also want to replace the torque limiter on the the bottom side of the fuser in the back it also slips

Thank you. Do you happen to know the part numbers of the one way bearings? Its difficult to tell the difference between the normal bearings and one ways in the service manual.
