sory but the NORMAL for this dosn't sound so normal,
i know that this problem can be eliminated and i intend to do that.
i'm not profi in minolta service but i think my good answer for that question is not so far or hard to F3 and Delete

Have a look with a magnifying glass on the prints of all the c220/280/360/452/552/652 (old series) and the new c224e/284/364/454/554/654/754 series they have all yellow dots. For example, you can't print a clear magenta... you have always yellow dots inside! ...with pcl/ps, and with color management and without color management. And not only KM machines... it should be a code to identify the machine if you print some illegal stuff.... very old story.

But you can print internal full solid test pattern in a clear color without yellow dots ;)
So... it's normal.
Of course you can see this problem on SRA3 format on the "not printable area" but this is to cut away (my advise to my customer)

edit:

i know that this problem can be eliminated
:)
ahm.. yeah... pleas let me know the solution

Ok, i have read about that, and i understand.
But, new printers why not printing the same? or it print dots but not so many like the old printer?
i will verify this later...
and finely it will be nice to find a way to reset the number of dots, what do you think about this?

and this is the sample, on the 30-70% on Red the mystery dots can be seen and on the Blue 20-60%
