Thanks, I have been fighting with this machine in one way or another for the last 6 months!!! last week I went to the call for toner dumping and I had replaced the toner recovery roller and today I got a call back for jamming! (The tab that sit on the recovery roller on the back is,I'm guessing is a bias connector)? the customer showed me examples of toner smeared on a page and I ran about 200 pages and it started double imaging and the leading edge had a build up! The toner does not smear, seems to be fixing, but is it cleaning? I had rebuild the fuser about a year ago so it has new UFR,LFR,Bearings, claws and a web and there is no adjustment for pressure and I checked the drum and saw no lines, and seemed to be cleaning! A few months back I had to put a new UFR, developer change and a drum blade (generic blade) in the machine due to a generic toner issue they were having. so what I plan to do is replace the drum blade with an OEM type and take out another fixing assembly to see if that fixes the problem, or is there bad toner again! After replacing the toner recovery roller this started to happen, but it's not dumping toner any longer? any suggestions would be awesome! Thanks

Many of our guys disconnect the power to the toner conveyance roller clutch. It will keep the roller turning all the time. Emujo

Yes, I set the dip switches so it will drive all the time! I'm just trying to figure out why it's double imaging and leaving streaks of toner on the pages. You can even see it if you run 20 to 30 sheet if you look at the leading edge!
