Bizhub 601 has fs-504 finisher problem

Hello, how do you turn off the hole punch option for a fs-504? New customer has a BH 601 with finisher without a hole punch, machine thinks hole punch is there! In service mode isolation for hole punch is set to "set"! Machine is functional but tired of the amber light and the message on the screen! Thanks

When I go to the finisher section in the service mode it is blank! Is this a plug and play device? shouldn't the finisher tell the machine how its set up? If I can remember, the only thing in the service mode ( finisher ) is registration settings!

Most KM's are not plug and play. You might try printing the Management List, if you cannot display the options mode. It should be there. =^..^=

There are 2 dipswitch settings that get changed. Sw 26:2/3=1 & Sw 28:3=0.
