    Bizhub C353 [another administrator is currently logged in]

    Hi

    Cannot log in remotely as an administrator and get the false message.
    I had this message in a couple of occasions. Nobody else is logged in.
    At first had to add the IP of the machine in compatibility view. Logging in as an operator is ok.
    Tried both flash and html settings without success.
    Any suggestions please

      If someone logs in and doesn't remember to log out and just close the browser it may keep the session alive. Power on/off the copier with the main switch and try again. This will make sure no session is active.

              Firefox or anything else cannot be installed - it needs admin rights ...
              Got a workaround anyway, However, I need to know why it is not working with IE.
