Have a C454 (non E Series) that has been having an ongoing problem.
-Feeding from LCT or Tray 2 after 4-10 pages Jam Code 2002 (washer/spacer has been installed to prevent J2002 from a tech. bulletin).
-Feeding from tray 1 pops Jam code 3205 after a 10+ prints/copies
-Once you clear either of these jams a new jam code of 7219 pops up. This paper is in the horizontal transport unit to the finisher and has extremely light density(barely visible) and the image is shifted 3-4 inches to the left on a 8.5x11 Portrait.
Seems like after the machine produces this bad print/copy it realizes something went terribly wrong and throws a jam code for the next paper that is being fed.
Parts that have already been replaced:
tray rollers/clutches
Registration Clutch
M23 Motor
PS1 and PS19 Sensors
Expansion Control Board
Printer Control Board
Front side Board
Transfer Belt
Print Head Unit
Did a complete initialization of the machine including ssd board format, all data clear, and HDD format. Got a MFPB board coming in but if anyone has any ideas or has experienced this your help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
