    Konica Minolta firmware

    Hello there,
I don't know if someone will help me to change the Service Mode code for Konica Minolta machines.
My problem is that I sold a lot of machines and someone is repairing them.

Is there any possibility(or any software) to intervene in firmware before updating the machine.

    Hi Driti,

    I don't understand your question.
Do you mean that the machine displays a telephone number for your client to call when it malfunctions ? Is this what you want to change ?
Or are you trying to change the sequence of numbers to access the engineers mode ?
If it's the latter, I'm afraid the manufacturers code is permanent.

    Regards

I think it's in the "stop" "zero" "clear" page in tech mode to change the passcode. Just don't forget what you changed it too.
