    C1103 on FS-528 Konica 950

    hello,

    I need some assistance with this error code C1103 on FS-528. The copier is down and I already adjust the alignment plates, replaced sensor and motor (not yet the Relay Board and solenoid). If anyone had this issue before let me know.

      I'm thinking that the Relay Board went bad on you. Does the FS tries to initialize and search for home position? Also did you check to see in I/O Mode to see if the sensors change state? You should check to see if the Relay Board is missing a 24V or 5V signal.
