New machine only 600 sq feet. Trying to setup an HP DesignJet 500 42" which is supported. I print the calibration targets but. I feed them with the direction of the arrow on the target. After scanning it will give an error. If I hit ok whether it just goes back to intial screen showing it not calibrated. Anyone seen this? I know this is a KIP but I posted it in this forum since Konica Minolta is a partner.
