Konica di3010 Jams after every other copy in duplex mode

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Konica Di3010 (http://www.mwave.com/mwave/SKUSearch_v3.asp?scriteria=BD51288); it works fine for single side copy but jams after every other copy when duplexing. Any thoughts please?
