Bizhub 350 error code C12CB

Suddenly I am getting a C12CB error code on my C350. After a reboot, I am able to print 2-3 pages and then a misfeed with the error message. Can anyone help?

C12** errors are hard drive related, you will need to replace or disable it.

I have also had something like this, I did a hard drive format and the problem has gone away

Both disabling and formatting are found in the service mode. (HDD settings.)
