    Lock up

    Hello

    I have a customer that has a Bizhub C452. Someone unplugged the machine while it was on and it is now locked up. Is there anything simple I can have them do to get it running.

      are all lights out and a green blinking light. the could have damaged hard drive and system firmware. try unplugging copier for 35 minutes then plug back into wall outlet (not just turn off). miracles do happen.

          I already had them unplug it for an hour. I was afraid it would be the hard drive.

              They said the lights come on and the blue and red light are on constant
